Effective October 19, 2026. This notice describes the inquiry form on mikehuccihertz.com, operated by Mike Hucci Hertz.

What the form collects

If you submit an inquiry, the form asks for your name, email, business, message, privacy acknowledgment, and details relevant to your food or website request. Optional fields include phone number and business links. Food inquiries also collect the invitation or paid collaboration type, offered compensation or gifts, a policy acknowledgment, and any proposed content, budget, or timing.

What happens to it

Details are used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry. When email delivery is configured, the server validates submissions and sends them through Resend to Mike’s configured inbox. The submitter’s email is used as the reply address. There is no inquiry database in this site and no automatic marketing enrollment or automatic reply email.

Security and service providers

Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse when the form is active. It may process technical browser and network information under its own privacy terms. Resend and the destination email provider process submitted information for email delivery and mailbox storage. Your hosting provider may retain ordinary operational request logs. Application code does not log submitted message bodies, contact details, or security tokens.

Retention and requests

Sent inquiries remain in the recipient’s mailbox and email-service records according to those providers’ settings and Mike’s business needs. No fixed deletion schedule is promised. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the inquiry form and describe your request. If the form is unavailable, you can contact Mike through his confirmed TikTok profile. Requests are reviewed manually.

Tips and browsing

Tips are optional outbound links to Cash App. This website does not collect card details or process payments. Cash App’s privacy terms apply after you follow its link. No advertising pixels, invasive analytics, embedded social feeds, or marketing trackers are included in this version.

Confirmation in this browser

After the server reports an accepted email, this site stores a simple confirmation flag in this tab’s session storage so the thank-you page can show the correct state. The flag contains no contact details or message content. It expires with the browser session.
